Terms and conditions
Our terms in plain language. You also get them on paper with every quote.
Quotes
After the survey you get a quote with a price for each part of the job, for example per window frame or per room. It is valid for 30 days. The price in the quote is what you pay, unless we agree otherwise together.
Extra work
If we find wood rot or other damage during the work that we could not see during the survey, we show it to you first. We never do extra work without your agreement.
Weather and planning
We do not paint outdoors in the rain or below 8 degrees. If that pushes the schedule back, we call you the day before. We never charge extra for it.
Payment
For jobs over €5,000 we ask for 30% at the start. You pay the rest within 14 days of completion, by invoice.
Guarantee
We guarantee exterior work for two years and interior painting and wallpapering for one year. If anything peels or cracks within that time because of our work, we put it right free of charge.

Not happy? Let us know within 14 days of completion at info@peters-schilderwerken.nl. Bas will come and look at it himself.
